Project Overview
Sketchback is a start-up founded by RIT grad Cole Glasgow. It's a project management tool by designers, for designers, and it needed an identity from the ground up. Together, with my Command+g coworker Emmitt White, we were tasked with creating everything from brand identity to user interface. Everything truly means everything, including broad landscape audits to the tiniest icon on the app.

My early logo sketches, highlighting the creativity and collaboration aspects of the brand.

Final Logo Treatment
The final logo transforms the 'S' of Sketchback into two collaborating figures shaking hands. These figures represent the collaboration between designers and the collaboration between designer and client that Sketchback helps facilitate. I came up with this logomark, while Emmitt laid out the rest of the logotype, perfectly demonstrating the collaboration I wanted to highlight in our logo.
